Any hidden doors

#1
I got a new joystick and started playing Dark Destiny, really like it so far.

So I don't run around checking for hidden doors unnecessarily are there any hidden doors in Dark Destiny?
Also, are there any item descriptions available in game? If not is there a web page explaining what all the items are for?

Todd would be the expert about hidden doors. It's been awhile since I played it through, but I don't remember very many.

You can get item descriptions from "appraiser" NPCs just like in the original King's Field, and also you can see equipment def/atk ‎  stats by pushing "TAB" when viewing the items in the menu ‎  Smile

I tossed probably a dozen in here and there, but giving away their location just wouldn't be right!

Did you end up getting through the game?

I just build a new PC. Not for these games, but for my other games.

So, I get all my SOM games onto my new PC and loaded my saved game from Dark Destiny.
The graphics were choppy lines running horizontally approx 1/3 way down the screen in my Fai's map and save screen interface. When I took my screenshot it came out clear with no lines, which is nice because I'm saving the screens of the maps and adding my own notes to them.

After messing with the settings in the options interface I got rid of the in-game graphics issue by increasing my resolution to the max setting. The game now runs like a dream...

Ran, if the video cutscenes don't play on your new computer, I have a .zip file with replacement files for the old vids that should be compatible with newer versions of windows if you would like it.
