(Maybe) A StarKey bug at this place, near the gate to eastern village.

(Maybe) There is a Mage's treasure box I seems, but Mage's Key disabled.
At one of two rooms, a side of the passage to the castle of Harvine.

My play does not have progress, but continues it after V1.06 is released.
