JDO translations back online

#1
Dont know how, when or why, but johns old site is up and running again.

https://jdo-translations.100webspace.net/JDO.html

Hopefully hes back in action, or will be soon?

BTW, some things have been brought to my attention that I am missing tutorials for. ‎  My apologies gang, I will work on it by the end of this month to get everything and anything I ever knew about SOM in a tutorial format with all the appropriate accompanying files/kits/tools linked ( before I forget how to do everything in SOM myself...sadly its already happening!)

I kind of expected the site to stay up a lot longer than it did. Maybe someone just requested it be put back. Those cheap free services don't really require much intervention from the account holder and can run forever as long as people are seeing the adds the host puts on the page.

EDITED: I'm a little miffed, the other day I took the link to that website out of the Som website theme I'm working on, and I'm not sure I can get it back too easily.

Just to clarify, I did get a quick email from John confirming he is in fact still alive heh.

He has had some bouts with PC troubles etc, though I wouldn't expect him to be running back to SOM etc anytime soon.

I'm always boggled when people have like one old computer, their connection to the entire internet, should anything happen, well that's that. If I only had one way to get online I don't think I would ever bother. Double condolences for John. I think he has satellite internet, which is pricey for what you get, which presumably he is paying for for naught. When the apocalypse came to town I did anything I had to to get online as soon as the first buildings were back online. At least let people know your situation Evil
