No, i need to make everything by hand, so i need to use light and dark tones to create a stagnant shadow effect. Which is better than nothing. ‎  Biggrin

Im pleased to hear about your drums coming along well, for myself ive been making 3d models and texturing just about every day.

Stagnant shadow, I know what you mean now. Like drop shadow in PSP. I'm gonna do a little something about how I textured that skip.
