Its really a shame Martin has let his site go, makes me think I should start collecting the useful data off it soonish in case the site is no longer hosted in the near future. ‎  Honestly Tom, grabbing the html is as simple as viewing and copying the source code from the pages, then doing a mass link search and relink to the new sections, wouldn't take long at all really....if you're interested I can start porting it over to this site somewhere.
