Skyrim, custom weapons

I'll post as far as I got, its not perfect and you can't upgrade it I don't think, but you can pop this in your customs folder in any Steam version of skyrim and get the SOM I believe.

It looks like all the files are there, but I just dont know where to get the sword in game.
