Had a talk with Ben earlier, I think if he really wants to run the batch he can just disable user account control temporarily and pull the files over, or he can manually copy them wherever he wants like you said holy and make sure that if its not in the specified path of the .reg file that he edit the .reg file to the appropriate path its copied to.
For the record, the installer I have posted should have 99.9% of the stuff thats in DD minus some junk that shouldnt be in there. I really should clean it up entirely though because it has a lot of garbage objects that shouldnt be in it.
