I think the odds of DC caring if you used the names is low, but if you just want to be respectful of their right or avoid potential problems, I would just use a synonym. "Fire Realm" etc. ‎  It seems nice to give areas distinct proper names too like Auqainlon. For those, I would just pick a word related to the "element" and put an appropriate sounding ending on it:

Firasch
Giaga
Etheria
