Dark Destiny: The Forsaken King ::Updates and News Announcements:: - dmpdesign - 2014-06-24
So I have a start on all the various parts of my new game, a youtube channel, a new website (darkdestinygame.com), the game itself and so on. I will at some point probably move most of my announcements to the new site but at this point I thought Id post a few snippets on my game progress here.
I spent the morning building ambiance to my swamp area, new sounds, props and so on, and built my first cave entrance, which will serve as a loading area to the next map. I still haven't quite figured out how I am going to make map loading seamless...but I have a meeting Thursday with a programmer friend I am bringing into the project, so hopefully I will have more information soon on how the game mechanics etc are going to work.
For now, here is a screenie of the new cave entrance.
