Apologies for the necrobump, but just wanted to say that having gone through the Soulsborne games I'm now playing this translation of Shadow Tower: Abyss, and it's fascinating comparing the similarities. A big thank you to all involved - it must've been a huge undertaking.
I hear it gets weird towards the end... can't wait! I love surreal stuff in videogames, and it's already pretty damn strange. Thanks again guys.
