Attached is the resized/aligned model to fit into the house.
The metasequoia file included has the model you posted, but also includes a second window (as a separate object) with some UV changes that you might prefer.
I included the files needed to put your window in SoM, but if you want to do it yourself (or use the altered UV version), save as Retained Mode X in Metasequoia. Then use x2mdo to convert the X file into an MDO+TXR files. Then lastly use OBJEdit.exe to create a PRF for your new window.

I'm so glad I got help for the windows and doors... it was driving me crazy... but now the houses have some character to them... thanks!
