Think maybe your school librarian would accept mail for you? I could send him the disc if you want?

Scott, perhaps it's time you got out and discovered a real library... school libraries are generally not the best places for serious socialist mooching.
If you're committed to going without home/work broadband internet your public libraries are best place to start. A university library probably won't let you check things out, but there's a very good chance you could walk in and sit down at a library/lab machine and do what you gotta do. There might be a policy against that, but if so chances are you won't get caught (unless it's a specialist/urban university with a tight ID regime... but the worst that can happen is to be escorted off campus) An internet cafe would probably work too. You gotta be more creative *congratulates self for self's selfless good deed for the day*

Scott: I completely understand you apprehension about giving internet people your shipping address. I feel the exact same way, but for what it's worth, I can vouch for dmpdesign's (Todd) honesty. I know of other people here who he has mailed things to without any problem. I believe it's perfectly safe to give him your shipping address (in a private email)- I would give him my own address without hesitation.
Also, I would be happy to mail you a physical copy. I can give you my word that I won't use your address for anything other than mailing you the CD and I'd even delete all record of it from my email as soon as I get the envelope addressed. Of course, if you happen to be a minor, you would ABLSOLUTELY have to get your parents permission before giving out a shipping address. You can send me an email at [email protected] if you'd like me to send you a copy.

I think I did it!
When the little window pops up asking what to do, I clicked open instead of save and it opened another window with all the files in it. After that I clicked the extract files and found my flash drive(or whatever its called...) and the files are being extracted as I type this. I'll post another reply soon to tell everyone how it went. (I can't beleve I'm going to get SoM!!!)

Seems good so far. I'm going to test it out at home. Lets see how bad I can screw things up. (or if I get lucky: get it to work...)
