Wow! ‎  The new page looks great!

I just saw (for the first time) the request for gifs for the logos.
Anything in particular in mind?

(I know what OF, but what do you want it to DO?)

I wonder if we should do a .gif or some sort of flash animation?

Any ideas gang?

I think it would look funny to do a animated GIF for Diadem of Maunstraut and Trismegistus and NOT for Dark Destiny.

A GIF that repeats an animation would look better than a single loop one.
I think even something simple would work. ‎  Like a home made fade.

I think the forums, add-ons, links, games, installation, tutorial and add-ons tabs would look good with a single loop animation.
I have those for the biography, discography, etc. sections on hguols.com, but those aren't seen until after you click on the left menu.

Those are just my thoughts.

I agree Tom, if we do one we have to do them all.

Could we start with the three games on the right and see how that goes?

I can try the 3 games first and see what I can come up with.

I think the best bet would be a looping gif, but something subtle.
The reason I say looping is because with how much stuff is on the page, one loop would be complete before the entire content on the page is loaded.

I'm thinking like a very slight "pulsing" effect.... ‎ 

I'm booked for today (Saturday) with a work related Christmas party (which will be FUN), but I'll see about taking a whack at it tomorrow.

My apologies for the delay. ‎  I would have really had this done sooner in the day, but I've been geeked out over some "soundfont" confusion. ‎  (Please help get me to this promised land John)

Anyway, here are the subtle and relatively small animated GIFs for the 3 games. ‎  They'd be a little less subtle if it weren't that board's white background.

ok, what do you think about similar animated GIFs for the other click-able things on the main page? ‎  They wouldn't take too much to whip up.

....also, the games link (which doesn't work) doesn't make a lot of sense at the top, when there's a games "header" above the games links.

The links link doesn't work - what was you going to have as far as links?

yes, the game button needs to go...i had a links page at some point, not sure why that isnt working at the moment!
