Boy does that bring back memories! Sometimes, I'll pick up some item and hold it overhead making the Zelda "You found an item" sound... then my wife looks at me like I'm insane and I put the item down and change the subject quickly. 
It looks very nice.
I think the Graveyard would be a neat as an end-game gauntlet. The plot in KF1 was that the Verdite King's were searching for a door to a dark world in the graveyard in order to draw power from. You could make it a plot point that the door had been reopened, filling the Graveyard with powerful creatures.
