Wow, this was really easy once the files where in place.
I guess I will need to install SOM yet again to the VM?
I'm not positive how legal it would be, but it would be interesting to provide people with a VM fully decked out for SOM development... seeing as how the entire process can be somewhat unintuitive, might help others get started more easily.
^I think MS no longer challenges the legality of distributing WinXP. I mean it's illegal, but MS seems to officially no longer care. Maybe because DX will no longer be backwards compatible and it's not something they can really regulate technically anyway. That is to say, really it's a question of how you're supposed to be using VMware. Which is not something I know about... but it is pretty neat.
