Some of the VMware icons seem missing, probably because I tried to save the new black window frame as a 32bit bmp with transparency which doesn't seem to be working... but still it's pretty cool. The wallpaper could be a lot better. I just tweaked the colours of one of the old Windows stock wallpapers
