Wow, is 75 the low? Australian? In California flat-lands, 28 is about as cold as it gets except for extreme years. If it ever drops into the low 20s, everyone makes a big deal and the orange farmers have to burn peach pits around their orchards during the night to keep the trees from getting damaged. I didn't even know what freeze-plugs in car engines were for until I left my car parked in the high country (the mountains nearby get up to 10,000ft) for a few days and it popped a few of them out of my block. Ha ha, guess I'm a spoiled Californian.
