Damn, that was ages ago... luckily I have tomes of backup cd's as I've gone through 5 computers since then. I'll go through my archives and try to get it. I have stacks and stacks of Cd's so there is a good chance I have it but I can't make any promises because sometimes cd's that old get corrupted.
