Hey thanks Darchangel, I also hate atlas but seems to work, so any other mapping options I would love... I thought about Using one texture of this simple sign, but I wanted as much detail for the sign as I could afford:) and as you know a 256x 256 don't give ya much room:) and my first texture "H" is the sign logo, as you know two sided pieces need a reverse to look right , so on that texture is both patterns one in reverse and one regular:) And that almost fills the whole 256x256 block and thats why there are seperates for "C" the sign trim, "D" the post trim and "F" the metal trim of the base... Now File "E" the missing texture, well it's not missing actually:) I left it out because Meta don't do planes.... At All.. I will explain.... At first I got frustrated with UV mapping and found that in blender you can apply perfect photos textures to a poly plane, and then postion the plane to look perfect * SEE example A* ‎  Problem once you load you OBJ in meta, it recenters to planes to a single AXIS *See Example Two* Great if you wanted a window effect but lousy for a sign.. I left the two Planes in the model , 'cause you couldn't see them anyway.... And put a poly Cube in the hole and mapped the cube.. and that is where I am haveing beefs *See Example C* It don't want to display "H" on the cube and thats why I think it failed the MDO transfer*I THINK * So I left "E" out I will take the two planes out and repost it that may have caused the MDO convert fail as well.. So thanks I am sure it is an easy fix , Thanks, but heres "E" if you still Want it:)
