I contacted a support tech at iPower. He told me it's just advertising.
So, you thinking it was definitely a hack, is definitely wrong.
It's discount domains dude - who cares if they advertise on the 404s.
If you would have read my previous post, you would have noticed I said the same for both iPower domains I webmaster.
