There are several 'virtual computer' programs that can let you run Windows 'in' a Mac. Just like VirtualPC lets you run a 'guest' operating system. VirtualBox is free. Here is some information on how to use it.
It won't be blazing fast because it has to use the CPU to emulate a video card, but I've played through the KFRemake sample project in VirtualPC without any significant slowdown.
