I especially like the sound of that dragon drop feature he mentions several times! 
I looks a lot more user friendly that Microsoft tools like Frontpage. He says at the end 'you can have adobe host your site or export it to use with other hosts'. Do you know if all the site's design features export, or might it only export a stripped down version?
