The Asia region Additionals are so obscure that i would almost think they didn't exist if I hadn't seen them with my own eyes years back on YahooJapan auctions. Like most Asia region games, they were 99% identical to the Japan region, but with a few different labels.
Also, there is what looks like a German variant for KF4 on ebay HERE.. The difference being in the rating label - unless that's just a sticker.
