What? You've found a gameshark code for EXP when defending / counter attacking ? Great !!! That's what I've looking for since many years ago.

Many codes on internet shows only when attacking first to get 65535 EXP, but not for defending or counter attacking. Thanks 🙠‎

By the way, you can change 03E7 to FFFF to get max level instantly 😠‎
