I have no idea if it is a reputable site, but gameforfun.com lists the Asia region Addionals as in stock:

The Asia region Additionals are so obscure that i would almost think they didn't exist if I hadn't seen them with my own eyes years back on YahooJapan auctions. ‎  Like most Asia region games, they were 99% identical to the Japan region, but with a few different labels.

Also, there is what looks like a German variant for KF4 on ebay HERE.. The difference being in the rating label - unless that's just a sticker.

And I've seen that German KF4 a few times already. Haven't bothered ordering yet, as those I've seen has been a bit overpriced in my opinion. (But then again, I'm a cheapskate! :p )

I actually saw another variant of KF4 on eBay, but I was too stupid to save the image of it. Now I don't remember exactly how the rating label looked, but it might've been an Australian variant.

Australian! neat! I haven't seen that one. I look for deals too- it's pretty easy to go broke if you don't :)

There's a KF guide book on German ebay I would buy, but they won't ship to the US. Seems like very few German sellers ship here. I've even written a couple asking "PLEASE" and said I wouldn't complain even if it got lost in transit, but I got a terse and definitive "NO" in response. Maybe we have a bad international reputation :(
