I think it's the way your textures are named. Materials 1 & 2 have Japanese characters which might not be recognized on conversion.

For testing purposes I replaced your 2 textures with ones I had:

***EDIT***
I forgot, you have 3 "floating" faces in your model. In Metaseq press the Pt & Ln buttons and rotate your view so you can see them. One is directly from above but the others are from different angles:

Happy New Year everyone!

I thought you were just looking for advise on how to fix it, sorry.

Here is the fixed file, made two versions (a black & a brown) with new textures and other problems corrected.

If you don't like these textures, we can fix them, let me know:

Thank you Darchangel... My pub is sweet now thanks to this help and John thank you for the breakdown of where I went wrong.... I am new to 3D modeling... That piano was my FIRST OBJ I custom built (the others I have made are just updates or enhancements on existing pieces, but I really love building this game so I am getting into the concept of Model builing... don't even even know how I wound up with thoses 3 invisable faces, and how I built a perfect under the floor.......... Well..... Doh Anyway Thanks both of you, I will definatly need more met advice I know you guys are good at it so thanks again and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010 will rock... And "Fallen by the way" will be AWESOME. Am working on homebrew cgi and interactive cut scenes as well.... Very exciting stuff:) more to come thanks..... Preview of Pub I need some tables and a wolf skin rug but other than that "The Slaughtered Lamb"................. "A good place to get drunk"
