Guyra is probably the only one who would care about this, but I recently got my very own copy of King's Field 3 Pilot Style for PS1.

Among collector geeks, the term "Holy Grail" is thrown around to describe the latest rare item on their want list. Jason Dvorak of game-rave.com announced the 2Ball demo a Holy Grail and now it's selling for $200 bucks a copy. It was a Playstation 1 promotional demo handed out at various NBA sporting events.

I won't call Pilot Style a Holy Grail, but this is the only copy I've found for sale in around 8 years of constant searching in both Japan and the USA. To my knowledge, it was only handed out at the Fromsoftware booth at the Tokyo Game Show and 5 copies were given out as prizes for a Japanese Playstation magazine.

I've tried to ask Fromsoftware how many copies were made, but got no response. My guess would be no more than 1000 copies were produced and maybe as little as 100. Regardless, I'm really glad to have a copy and will post more detailed info when I get time.

Hi everyone, I'm new here, and I noticed that while there were some trailer threads, and ones about beta testing, there haven't been any about the game itself (which came out quite recently). ‎  I bought it just a few days ago on Steam, and I while I really like the game, I feel the difficulty hasn't been upped enough, maybe even a bit easier than Dark Souls 1. ‎  I do like the game, however, if you plan to get it on PC, use a controller (like Dark Souls 1). ‎  So far the game is great. ‎  It seems to have less open world aspects, and you can travel between all the bonfires this time from the start. ‎  This takes away slightly from the atmosphere, but it makes traveling across the map a lot easier. ‎  I am really enjoying it, and wanted to know who else was too.

So I have a start on all the various parts of my new game, a youtube channel, a new website (darkdestinygame.com), the game itself and so on. ‎  I will at some point probably move most of my announcements to the new site but at this point I thought Id post a few snippets on my game progress here.

I spent the morning building ambiance to my swamp area, new sounds, props and so on, and built my first cave entrance, which will serve as a loading area to the next map. ‎  I still haven't quite figured out how I am going to make map loading seamless...but I have a meeting Thursday with a programmer friend I am bringing into the project, so hopefully I will have more information soon on how the game mechanics etc are going to work. ‎

I was looking at a list of games made by Fromsoft and saw Spriggan Lunar Verse. It looks like it may be pretty good. Has anyone here ever played it?

Hey gang, the programmer I work with is hosting a twitchtv channel every Friday (for now anyhow) where we get into the development of a game, start to finish, totally online.

We have done this two weeks in a row and the current game we are building is a milkfloat simulator (yes it sounds dreadful..but the development side is neat).

I am inviting everyone to poke their head in every Friday - we will be showing how to develop a simple game in Unity live, taking questions, fleshing out the game etc to the audience's liking. ‎  I suspect milkfloat will probably be finished up with 2 more sessions, but we have tons of other games coming up, such as a gauntlet clone, an 8 player capture the flag game etc etc. ‎  We really need to push the view rate so if you are interested in seeing development, learning about game dev or know someone who is please come!

Did anyone else catch the E3 Sony presentation? It was very cool to see Miyazaki up on stage speaking english. Looks like another amazing souls style game with a gothic vampire slayer feel. I love every game From Software makes. PS4 Exclusive title. ‎

P.S. I'm new to sword of moonlight...i'd love to play dark destiny but i can't seem to open it or unzip it without errors. Any help would be appreciated.

But yeah, the link is down. Dropbox says the file was moved or deleted. Oh, I just checked and the PS1 ISO and PSP version are down too. Though I'm not personally interested in those two. I'm guessing the Dropbox account was closed or something.
