oh? well, this is a surprise! this old forum is still alive and well! always nice to see there are still people interested in this niche franchise and type of RPG game.

let's see... well, to be fair, From's in-game maps always were rather...bare bones in these old games but they served their purpose well enough. i've already got a pic of the in-game map for the original jap exclusive king's field. so, no need for a dupe of that one. maybe screenshots of the maps from the other games? (the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd US games? which would actually be king's field 2 through 4.)

got some maps of the jap exclusive game already and i'm not sure if that one even has an in-game map. could use maps for the 2nd game...think i've got maps for the 3rd covered... missing a few from the 4th which i'm currently replaying.

So red dragon of red team, purple dragon of yellow team, yellow dragon of hero Aldis,... are best unique monsters in your game play

You want your creatures strong enough to complete fight in 2 last battles. You need to catch all creatures class 2-3 in during game play

*Tips to have creatures class 2-3 is use item Wisdom Fruit to transform (item rare appear) and quest to have percent catch creatures class 2

Is there some sort of bug/glitch that means this tree boi won't die?
I spent up to 10 minuts as a lvl 21 swordmaster, spamming Moonlight spells at it, to no avail..
I thought the bed of chaos was bad enough

Am I missing something here? Never had a problem in the original.

I'd like to play the Japan translated version, not the Sword of Moonlight one, on my fat PS3 (60gb version.) ‎  What do I need to make it work? ‎  I have heard from people that my PS3 needs to be modified for the disc to play? ‎  Or that I need a memory card boot up or something? ‎  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One Japanese Sword of Moonlight translated, two more to go. This one is a very short & simple dungeon romp, beatable in ~30 minutes or less, but hey, it's good to find stuff that came out of it.

A lot of text for the exe was lifted from the generic SoM exe, but it appears the guy who wrote the credits forgot to mention that. ‎ 

I would like to stream a play through of King's Field SOM and I can't get my 2nd monitor to work when the game is playing. ‎  Basically the game seems to automatically go full screen mode and when in full screen mode, my 2nd monitor is effectively dead. ‎  This means I can't use Streamlabs (streaming software) or Twitch on the 2nd monitor which I need to stream.

Is there a work around for this?

Hi, I just need a bit of help here.

In my fist playthrough of the game at a certain moment you can go back to the lake and give a second item to the lady so she can open the gate where you can change the water bridge configuration, but I don't remember when you can do it or if you need a certain object. I need to get the portal to the water mage but forgot to do it earlier.

I have Ichrius eyes and wings but not the third part. I did all of the dwarf cave, I also went in the desert but can'T remember if there's a important item there beside a Orladin's pic.

I also have Lyn's key, is the staff from her house is important?

Hi everyone, I'd like to talk about something I found in King's field 2 (or the 3rd if you're from Japan) On the shore after the short water bridge that requires the aquarian boots, there's some wood humanoid monster that shoots magic blue balls at you. In this zone there's one inside the ruins of a house, he does not attack you, he just follow you around the perimeter of the small ruins. If you talk to him he says something in japanese but I'm playin the US version, so I don't know what he's saying.

He also gives you a gold ring, with no description. The dialogue with him is also absent of the record.

Anyone know anything about that?
